Games for 4 years Musical Chairs
Get a present – it can be chocolate / sweets / a toy. Wrap it in layers of wrapping up paper / newspaper / magazines.
The children sit in a ring on the floor.
One of the adults is in charge of the music.
When the music is playing the children have to pass the parcel to the child sitting next to them. When the music stops whoever is holding the parcel gets to unwrap a sheet. Then it continues. Eventually someone will unwrap the present!
It is a nice touch to put a small packet of sweets or fun size chocolate bars or packets of raisins between each sheet of paper so everyone wins something. The person who is controlling the music will have to remember who has had a turn at unwrapping and try to ensure that everybody has at least one go.
