Games for 3 - 6mths Stretch-to-sit

Your baby is approaching the age when they start to sit up. You can help him/her develop some of the muscles by pulling them up slowly from lying down to sitting up.
Sit on the floor with your legs apart. With your baby lying on his/her back with their feet pointing towards you gently but firmly hold their hands / wrists and pull them up so that they are sitting facing you.
Then give them a huge smile and a well done! You can let them lie gently back down on the floor so that they are lying on their back and do a big tummy tickle or a raspberry on their tummy! (My 19 week babies love tummy tickles & raspberries!)
